| Thank you for providing us with a system that has been simple to install and met all expectations. It has given us a far more controllable and visible process which is a major step forward. As we develop our understanding of how to best use the system I think we will gain even greater benefits. Thanks again, it has been a joy working with you. | |||

I want to thank you for your
personal and prompt attention to our problems. It is a pleasure to go
into the "new" plant now and see everything working like it was designed.
We are running a very consistent firm column now with no pugmill "backups".
It is almost boring! Recovery from that plant is 99+. What more
can a brickmaker ask? |

I saw my first Pugmaster several
years ago and understood the potential contribution the system could make.
I am very glad to have two systems here at the North Georgia plant. |

Your Pugmaster is the greatest thing for the Brick Industry for
quality production as anything in the last century. It would be
difficult to operate the mold machine without it and we don't need one
operator.

Before we (Wheeler Brick) installed the PUGMASTER system, backed up vacuum
chambers or "blown doors" were a daily occurrence with our temperamental raw materials. Not to mention
column surges, with the variance of sands or engobes, engendering all sorts of color change problems.
The PUGMASTER stopped all of the above. A year later, we had yet to blow the
door or stuff the vacuum chamber up on our Steele # 75 machine. Color
variance disappeared.

The things your little toy has done for us are: More consistent column temper. Eliminated column speed surges (lighter / darker when sandblasting). Thanks for taking us from the 1950's water roulette to moisture and dry feed control in one easy step. We are running faster now and we can make brick when we want to, not when the water roulette wheel says we can. |

We are now operating several of your PUGMASTER Systems - all with excellent success. The integration of clay Feed, recycle water, and other variables have made the system even better. I look forward to the day when we can have them at every location. You have successfully taken this idea into a mature operating system. |

I am responsible for the control systems in the plant. After one year of operation I have not had to understand how the PUGMASTER is controlling. I only have to do that for the systems that don't work. Thanks for making my job easier. |

The system has worked very well for Marfork. It allows the reduction in man-hours by automation of the water and binder system. |

I am impressed with the robust functionality of the PUGMASTER system in our application. Every component functions effectively and simply to continuously regulate our feed moisture and chemical additives. It's nice to work with E. H. Wright Co. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, especially with component selection that makes a great system. |

Moisture control is a major concern with our synthetic fuel product. Weather, and different types of raw feed stock constantly change the incoming moisture, which could cause us major headaches. The PUGMASTER System is better than any headache powder for moisture problem headaches. When changing raw feed stock, a simple change on the computer will solve the change in moisture. Weather changes are automatically adjusted for by the PUGMASTER. Great System ! ! ! |

The training course was great. Not like a lot of other classes that are boring and put you to sleep. We got to see how the system worked and had some hands on experience, which in my opinion is the only way you can really learn about a system. Before we installed the PUGMASTER here we had a manual water system which the operator had to watch and continually adjust, trying to keep the column at a consistent stiffness. Now with the PUGMASTER it has freed the operator up to spend more time watching out for quality, which is a big issue at this plant. If any plant doesn't have the PUGMASTER they should get it and see for themselves how it can help them. Thanks guys. |
