There are over 100 Screen Combinations in the Pugmaster Plus Moisture Control System.  Below you will find 20 screens and a brief description of each.

This is the Default Power Up Screen.  Column Moisture Controller on the left.  Selectable Digitals on the Right.  Efficiency Information in the Center.

Click on the center digitals and the reset screen appears.  From here you can reset the Run Time, Down Time counters.  The Brick Total Counter and enter the number of Brick per Slugs.

This is one of (6) six additive controllers.

The Miscellaneous Trend Screen tracks Vacuum, Die Oil Pressure, Pug Amps and Extruder Amps.

Here we have the Column Moisture Controller and Trend Screen.

The Overview Trend screen allows you to choose (5) Five parameters and scale them to fit the chart.

Waste  liquids  should  be  added  to  the  pugmill  under  controlled conditions.  Here you can meter liquid waste at a fixed rate or add as a ratio of the "Dry Feed Rate" of your raw material.  We also subtract (compensate) waste liquid from the water addition required for moisture control.

Water Controller and Trend Screen.  This screen allows the operator to "Take Over" the water addition if there is a problem with the scales or Moisture Transmitter.  Think of it as an "Automatic Manual" mode.

In the upper right hand corner of the trend screens is the "Tunning" button.  With the proper password this will bring up the tuning parameters.

This screen shows the 44 measured parameters.

Individual totalizers are provided for each raw material.

The white section on the left comes up when the "Legend" button is clicked.  By clicking on the desired legend parameter and then clicking on the Overview digital Display the selected parameter is then displayed.

This is a trouble shooting screen.  It shows the raw data from the field devices and the  status of the digital inputs and outputs.

This is a Utility screen and is used to copy the 40 days of History to a USB memory stick.

This screen is used to match the PLC ranges to the field devices.

Here we label the 15 Moisture Curve Calibrations that can be stored in the MIT-2020 Moisture Transmitter.  From this screen we can also select the desired Channel (Product) we are running.  This can also be selected from the Recipe Manager.

This screen reads the PV (Process Variable) as displayed on the MIT-2020 Moisture Transmitter.  From here we also enable the Channel Changer and tell the PLC the range of the MIT-2020.  If the Moisture Transmitter must be removed for repair it is from here that we disable the transmitter.  When that is done "BEST GUESS"  moisture value is used by the PLC enabling the Pugmaster Plus to continue operation in a limited mode until repairs are made.

When the "Alarm Silence" is pushed this screen will show the parameters in alarm in "RED".

This screen is used to set the alarm trip points.
